HOW DOES THE GROUP WORKSHOP RUN?
Ahead of the workshop you will complete some preparatory material which allows you to make the most out of the workshop (allow 10-20 hours of focused time for this work).
In a small group you get the chance to explore the content thoroughly and test out your own material and ideas with others who are equally committed to creating success through their own product business.
Through a mixture of presentations and in-depth interactive exercises Martyn and Richard will step all participants through the development process. Together you will explore elements of each participant’s project helping you understand your own more fully and finding ways to improve it.
This is most definitely a group workshop. Martyn and Richard will share everything they can to support your design and development process. The more you are prepared to share and contribute to the group the more you will get out of the experience (a private 1:1 version of this workshop is also available for those who prefer it).
On day one you will explore and put in place the basics of:
- your product business (immersive bubble) framework
- your intellectual property framework (paradigm and Storyselling)
- your marketing and sales framework
- your initial product purpose and audience agenda
On day two you will evolve this into a:
- detailed product business plan
- paradigm development, testing and refinement plan
- manageable audience engagement, community nurture, partnership and sales building plan
- your first product detailed plan with build and refinement process timeline
At the end of the two-day workshop, you will have clarity over what you want to create, how to create it and how to manage it in the future.
You can choose to self-build, use existing platforms or publishers to build your product business out, or continue to work with Immersive Publishing.
