After completing the form above, here’s how to send Richard the manuscript and other files.

The Manuscript

Ensure the manuscript (including any appendices, bibliographies, acknowledgements, etc.) is a single Word document (.doc or .docx). If you have imagery or illustrations please make it obvious in the manuscript where these should be placed together with a name for the image which matches that image’s file name (a thumbnail or low-resolution version can make this particularly clear). Name the file clearly so it is obvious who the author is and what the book project’s title is.

Imagery

Gather all images into a single folder (checking the file names match the references in the manuscript).

WeTransfer the files to Richard

Go to wetransfer.com:

  • Use richard@mpowrpublishing.com in the EMAIL TO field
  • Use your email address in the YOUR EMAIL field
  • In the TITLE field put: “Publisher’s Review: YOUR NAME”
  • The MESSAGE field isn’t really necessary, but feel free to add anything!
  • Then either drag and drop your image folder and the manuscript to any part of the open webpage OR
  • CLICK on the big +(PLUS) sign beside UPLOAD FILES to navigate to your manuscript and image folder and add them this way
  • FINALLY, click TRANSFER to start uploading your files to wetransfer
  • When all your files have been uploaded they will then be forwarded to Richard
  • Richard will send you an email once he has successfully downloaded your files
